I sent some of the newer "older" ones to our webmaster. We'll see what he can do with them. Plus, we should be working on it again this week and have some new ones, showing the new wheels, tires, seats, etc.

I am going to have to look for the actual picture, I hope I have it somewhere, I don't think they were just digital, because I can't find that particular one. I may look on the church computer tonight. If not, we may have to delete it. I am also going to take some more pics tonight of it and the seats, etc.

Nice to see this up and running. Most of you who know me, know I don't ask for much. So I am not going to ask for more than prayer now. I have all but given up on the world, And wish Christ would come and get me now. I strive to do what I feel God wants me to do, but still fall down on the job so to speak. I would ask that you please pray for His hand to guide me in the next few days, as I have to think out a few ideas. And I need His hand not mine in figuring out what to do. Ther is so many things that I thought I was going to do, but now that has all changed. So I ask you to please pary with/for me. Thanks, Your brother in Christ our Lord, Dave M.

I haven't given up, but with ADHD, it is hard for me to some times deal with this world. I have never, nor will I ever give up on the one who died on the cross for me.Jesus is my only Hope in this world. I found this today while I was reading .. Rom 12:12 Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing instant in prayer.. It was a good find for me. (of course, Gods word is always a good find)

Hi Dave. A really good book I recommend is Warring Mental Warfare by Doc Barclay, over at LWI. If you can get a hold of it, it's excellent for what you described. I checked it out from the church, and now borrowed it out to someone else (probably shouldn't have, but she needed it too) It talks about renewing our minds and how we need to battle against the enemies of our soul. it talks all about the soul realm. i'm going to give you one Scripture, meditate on it, and the anointing comes in, the Word goes to war for us. It's Romans 12:1&2. Right it on cards. put them up around your house. Thank God that there is transformation through the Word of God. Your not alone. Hope to see you back at DCM. One last thing, we all face battles. Some might have battles in their mind, and that's not too uncommon. others might battle other things. No one is exempt, let's just keep fighting the good fight, don't give up.

Some changes have been made to both websites. destinychristianministies.org and michiganrevival.org. Would like to have available on both sites a Bible verse for the week - if you click on about us on the Michigan Revival site, it is the first thing that pops up. Let me know what you think and suggestions for verses are also welcome. Should we also have a page giving the steps to Salvation for those searching on the "net"? Any other ideas click on the "contact the webmaster" on the bottom of any page or post them here.

We shouldn't stay closed off from the world around us, but instead share the GOOD NEWS with them, reach them for Jesus. Your an inspiration to me, I love the way your fired up for Jesus, that's a way to be a light, to turn ppl on to Jesus... Keep sharing! Missed you at Revival school. See you around. Bless you today.

Let me encourage you, Melissa. As I was mulling over what you'd written and the heart you had to reach out to whoever needed God, it made me remember when I'd first come to DCM right as we started revival school. I'm not very old in Christ and, of course, in general, and I didn't think I'd have very much to give to revival school. I just wanted to learn. And then you prayed. I remember telling my father and a Christian friend about how much I loved to hear you pray...to hear that young, feminine voice with so much soul behind it pleading with God for what you wanted. Wow! You just got right up there and did it and you made things move. It was inspiring. You made me feel that I could do these things, too. Since then I've reached out for some things I didn't think I could aquire through God and I've gotten ahold of them. We all influence people in ways we have no idea of. I don't know you all that well, but I am SO glad you came back and that I can call you my sister. I pray that God blesses you in many ways.

Hey, I really appreciate those who are using this forum to share thoughts and encouragement one to another. I want those of you who do check in here, encourage others to post and reply. In this day and age, I am afraid the old porch swing, and neigbors talking over the backyard fence times are all gone. It is even tough to use the phone to catch one another! We must use this technology to stay in touch with one another. I know some people don't have computer access, and that is understandable. But for those of us who do, we need to visit here OFTEN, share our thoughts, concerns, prayer requests, etc. I think right now of Timothy, who has done a fantastic job for us in setting this all up for us, let's take advantage of it even more!! See you tonight at Revival School, Pastor

Hey, I want to share a couple of testimonies. First, this project is way bigger than I thought it would be. Lots of details, lots of work, and of course, money. I am only putting into it what I feel we can reasonably afford, you know I haven't had extra offerings for it. But get this... the steel for the flooring is EXPENSIVE! And you thought plywood is bad, try METAL sheets! Anyway, we have been able to obtain ALL we need from a scrap yard, recycled! And it was way less than half what we would have had to pay. Also, the motor was running a bit rougher than I wanted, and that is a major. We don't want to get stuck on the dunes or in the boonies somewhere. After some testing, I found it was NOTHING MAJOR, that it was probably just the carburetor, which is not too bad, but can also be expensive. Anyway, I emailed an company that specializes in rebuilds (which normally cost $200-$300). The guy turned out the be a Christian, and offered to rebuild it absolutely free! But also get this... if I send the carb in, the HR would be immobile, can't even start or move it, so I got thinking about a carb I have under my workbench, one that is not the same kind. I wondered if I could get an adapter to fit the engine. I found out they make one, and a local auto parts store had one for only $13! So I got it, came home, and I couldn't believe it, but after I got looking around my garage, I found the exact same adapter plate and gaskets I needed. I had EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT! That is a miracle in my book. And then, I put everything together on the HR and the motor immediately fired up PERFECT and purred like a kitten! Even without this new, rebuilt carb, the HR is strong and I believe reliable. I don't know how you all live, but I like to look for and see God in all the little things in my daily life. These kinds of blessing speaks to me that God is in this "foolish" project. He knows that my ultimate drive and desire is to reach people for Jesus, which means grabbing their attention. This vehicle will absolutely do it. As a matter of fact, I did an intensive web search on multiple passenger off-road vehicles, and I could only find a six passenger! There are some commercial ones at the dunes, but no privately owned ones I could find. I also want to use this as a something the church can fellowship around and have some fun. A few hours in the sand and sun and water can really wash the stress off and out of ya. One of my other plans is to actually take it over to Lake Michigan and maybe offer some free rides to people; people come from all over the country to see the dunes, and they don't have anyway up in or around. I would have "captive" audiences (strapped in with 4 point seat harnesses)to joke with and witness and minister to. We are going to have a sound system and overhead intercom system in it, whereby the driver or "shotgun passenger (up front)" can communicate with everyone on a ride. I actually estimated we could easily reach 100 new people a day with the gospel using this machine at Silver Lake! Put a "free donation" container on it, and this project could even make money! Best of all, we can reach people who would never come to our church, or maybe any church at all. It is even possible to actually charter trips from here, you know, groups that want to go to the lake but have no way there. We have a great van and trailer to haul people over there and back for a day. Again, I thank God and Timothy for this forum, I pray everyone gets a chance to read this stuff I write; we just don't have enough time in church to cover all this, make every vision I have (and I have a bunch of them always) clear. Hope you are with me! Pastor (Also Known As- HR COMMANDER) Chuck

What he said. I agree. We need the fire of God, and it's available to us... We're in the right place. The Words says don't forsake the assembling of yourselves together even more so now as the day approaches. find yourself in church and that not being an option, find yourself blessed. find yourself in love with God, and it's not a duty or obligation, but a privaledge, exiting...thank God familiarity is not a problem at DCM. about the DESIRE for an infilling, I think of the Scripture about we being evil know how to give good gifts to our children, how MUCH MORE will our FATHER give us the Holy Spirit? Let us be HUNGRY! Blessed are those who thirst after righteousness. God I need a washing, a waterfall of Your Spirit, let me be drenched.

Hi everyone. I have to praise God, for DCM, my church home & family, and Chuck and Vicki especially. (i love ya's) I'm thankful they've pressed in all these years, and have been faithful to the call of God on their lives. It's a gift and blessing to us all. On mother's day at the p.m. service, i was touched by God, the anointing, when i went up to the altar call Pastor had... And I know I will never be the same. I know that "Jesus is in the house", He moves at DCM, His Spirit, and I encourage any church seekers who believe God is the same yesterday today and forever, to come check out DCM... anyone really, c'mon out. And I encourage my fellow DCM goers to go with expectancy, and reverance. All of you be blessed.

it's not bothering me that the JTB conference has been cancelled, it sounded cool, and I was looking forward to it, but it doesn't really matter, b/c it seems it's not God's timing. Anyways, it seems that revival has already begun in our church, it might not come like WE think, but I believe it has already begun... His ways are higher than ours. Just b/c we don't see it manifest, like a flood, like something like Smithton, YET, that doesn't mean nothing's going on in the Spirit and let's not be discouraged! I believe personally that the fires are fanned. Keep hope and envision God's Presence and glory being poured out on us. W/ Him all things are possible.

We don't own it, we're renting. The owner's now trying to sell it/and or to lease it with the option to buy. Before she said she'd do everything to rent it. We're paying for it, unless until it's sale or lease, we're hoping believing for the quick sale/rental... and even that she would just let us out of the lease. We have that tent also, why not have a mobile church for a bit, maybe we could have one on the rez, one on campus sometime closer to school.. just some twirly thoughts!

there's a few dates in June and July where a spot is available, Mill Pond Park, Chippawaters, or Island Park, though Island park is pretty booked. Mill Pond Park has those bathrooms right there, which is kind of nice. The cost is 90 dollars, you get the whole day though! I'll be emailing you soon with more details.

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. I John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. Romans 10:13 For, Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:9-10 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! Luke 15:10 In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.

this is a prayer request for DCM, to be a place of love where people can receive a touch from God, and grow in grace, not have to hang on like hell. Without love a lot of good works are nothing!!!!!!! So I pray for us to walk in love. love is patient love is kind. not touchy, not fretful. not jealous. etc etc. we should all be making them confessions. not a one of us has perfected that. i'm not talking about leadership.

Two ladies in a NICE Cadillac stopped to look at the HR. And they asked very intelligent questions - like what size is the engine? What did it used to be? Where are we going to use it? etc. I'm accustom to men in pickup trucks stopping to look. But these ladies took me by surprise. I'm convinced that it is an inspired idea, and one that will attract alot of attention every where we drive it!! Plus - it will be a lot of FUN! PERK!

Hope you get to find this thread in here Jason. You are a blessing!!!!

I did read it, think a lot of the strom stuff is hardcore christianity. it's scary, sobering to think that on that great day, there's going to be people saying lord lord we did this and we did that, and i bet it's going to be very scary for them, hearing i never knew you... it's very sobering. i want to be revived. i want to obey, above all else, i want to obey God. learning to hear His voice is key, i think. how can you obey Him, if your just doing your own thing, and don't take the time daily to listen for His leading. I'm practicing, trying to train myself to listen for HIm and be lead by HIs Spirit. so i encourage everyone, go against the grain of this world, and let His voice become so strong inside, life in the Spirit is fulfilling and exiting, the wordly way is nothing in comparison... bless you all. Pastor, i'm hoping this summer we evangelize, are bold and have a great time sharing Jesus with the masses of m p and beyond. let the force be w/ you all. holy ghost fire.

I just want to say "thanks" to everyone. What for? For simply (and it is not that simple) making our body "go". I know a whole lot about everyone's lives... what you are going through, what you are fighting. I really feel the Lord smiling upon you. He knows you are not perfect and you blow it. But He is patient, and He is near. Personally, I am amazed how you fight for your faith and keep on hanging in and hanging on, and trying to make this thing work. I just KNOW the Lord sees your service, your hard work, your constant EFFORT for the Kingdom. I pray, in Jesus's name, that you experience REWARD for your faith and service to Him through DCM.

This electronic communication is just another evident of the support and enouragement we desire to provide. I really do thank God for this group of believers. I'm not sure when I'll be back on again, but hopefully it won't be quite so long. And I really dig the "apprehend and comprehend". It's true...and something to meditate on.
Evangelism project - mobile stage...

We are working on this as well as the HR. I would like anyone and everyone to be thinking what they personally would like to contribute to the project- not necessarily money - but talent, giftings, etc. Please try to catch the vision of rolling into one of the parks or any public place for that matter, with a complete stage equipped with sound, lights, awning, and ???. Live music, followed by drama, puppets, free barbecue (?), drawing people in. Some anointed singing, preaching, sharing testimonies, even prayer and healing in the public, maybe! I really think Melissa's word also fits... comprehend and then APPREHEND revival. It is already here, the fields are white, go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature! God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. Not much more foolish thing than a giant dune buggy pulling around a stage. But it will attract attention on several fronts. And I want to make sure you understand this... although this kind of think will be highly unusual, it is not going to be junky or ugly, what we are building will be sharp. What we portray in public will be in excellence.

Hello DCM. I have to say that something inside of me has changed. I am seeing things differently (spiritually), and it seemed that last night at Revival School there was such a peace and genuineness. A calm before the SUNAMI of Revival? I hope so. I want to see an Outpouring, glorifying God, A waterfall of the Presence of Jehovah. Do you know that there are a lot of people, who have left the local church, it hasn't just been at DCM, but there's this widespread movement of folks jetting, b/c they don't think the real thing is there. isn't it sad that people are leaving the place where the real thing should be. i'm grateful to go to a church where real people meet, and grateful for a pastor who isn't satisfied with a religious routine, but wants revival and for people to love God, etc God's will-His pleasure. i've had to ask myself do i really love God? Some things had to go, and will have to go. I'm having to re-train myself by the Word and Spirit, to let go of everything, and cling to God. it's that self-denial finney touches on. i'm thankful to my husband warren who has helped me through, ministered to me, on much of the major things that have been holding me back... and thankful to God for delivering me, thankful to Jesus who bore all of my sorrow pain sickness and sin. thank you chuck and vicki for your prayers and the way you walk with Jesus, you are setting a good example, you are contagious for God and that's good, nothing can quench that! to all of you, patti eric amanda dave and deb, etc etc sharon... I really love you guys, gayla, the youth, kc, you guys are good people to work w/, let's forget whats behind us, and press on, enjoying God's presence and eachother's, see past flaws and focus on the good in each one of us, the God in us... I'm here all the time for prayer, as close as an email, or call. All I am is a homemaker, at this point in life, and I'm content w/ where God's placed me. Appreciate your prayers as well, for protection, I know God has excellent things in store for my little fam, for ministry etc. Be blessed today, remember He's coming back anytime, and be ready, abide in Him, be fruitful and prosper.

Just so you all know, I'm not trying to jump ship, or flake out, or give up. I've been praying about staying up here or not, and I'm starting to think that I'm supposed to be up here, still not 100% sure. I'm going to go to the Living Word Church that is up here, I've been twice already...it was awesome. I will miss you all if it is God's will for me to stay up here. However, I don't want people to be mad, or upset, or whatever if they think I'm not doing the Will of God. That's all I have been seeking, I haven't been trying to satisfy myself in this situation. I love God, and I want to do what He wants me to do. I'm not trying to serve myself, or Satan. I'm trying, really hard, to do what God wants me to do. If you guys could keep (or start) praying with me that I'm doing His will, I would greatly appreciate it. I love and miss you guys. If it's not God's will for me to be up here, I'll see ya this weekend prolly! God Bless! Love always

The first time I heard that Neil Diamond song "Brother Love's Salvation Show", I was a Christian in high school and I loved that song. My heart was totally into it and I thought it would be great to witness something like that one day. After I fell away from Christ, I found myself fighting not to listen to that song because I didn't want to think about those things. But now that I'm back and Pastor has this great idea and we actually listened to the song IN CHURCH...well, I'm way into it. I know it's just a song, but now it's more than a song...it's a vision. To me, it's just more reassurance that I am in the house I belong in. I'm not sure what part I'll play in it, but I will definitely support it 110%. Some of you may not know, but I recently moved back to my Grandma's house and she is a Christian woman. Since the move back here only a week ago I and God are doing very well. I'm picking up on things I hadn't before...becoming more spiritually atuned, I guess. And one of the things God has pointed out to me is that I need to quit smoking for several different reasons, but mainly because of the one Pastor covered today regarding there being no greater love than to lay down your life for a friend, and we are Jesus's friends if we follow His commands. It really hit me-He gave His life for me so what the heck am I doing? It will be another victory to stand on for whatever He has lined up next. I know that He wouldn't ask me to do it if I couldn't, and I sure won't be doing it alone. Although I have this confidence in Him, it'd be great if some of you wouldn't mind praying for me to overcome this obstacle. I'd really appreciate it. Thanx and love to you all. I'm so glad I'm a part of the family of God.

As far as something to do in our "salvation show", just meditate/pray and see if God speaks to your heart and mind. We have no set agenda at this time, just some ideas. I was talking to someone at work today (unsaved) and this person immediately caught the vision and thought it would be great to have, music, drama, etc. Some of you can even brush up on sharing your testimonies, that would be powerful out in the community.

ThanQ to those who responded to my article. You're all very encouraging! Sometimes it suprises me. I do have Doc Barclay's version and I will look into the strongholds/habits section. I've used the resources back there a lot, but forgot about that one. Awesome. I'm making a list of reasons to quit so I can look at it when I feel tempted. My biggest trial, I think, will be letting God take it from me and realizing that He is doing it through me. I'm not doing it of my own volition. While it's on my mind, let me say that the day I got my certificate of membership, I was being kind of shy and trying not to make eye contact with people as I went back to my seat. But Dave, I couldn't help but see your face in the back of sanctuary as I had to look up to find my seat. Your heart was revealed in your eyes as you were smiling, glad that I was part of your family. At least that's the way I took it, because it was so genuine. It suprised me because I don't feel that I have had a lot of opportunity to connect with you, but it was the main thing that made me feel so loved and accepted. I think that it is a memory I will probably store in my heart for a long, long time and you weren't even aware that you did it. You were sitting in your seat, responding to what was happening. But it meant so much to me. I hope that I will be used to give as much to DCM and your lives as you guys give to the church and my life as well. Time will tell. God bless.

I encourage you to get in your Bible. Get the Word in your heart. On another note, but still Scriptural: We haven't been given a spirit of fear or timidity, but of power, love and self-discipline. Love self disciplines, I guess I'm giving my Daffodil altar ego away. I think it's a good Word. For anyone struggling with weight loss or whatever challenge it applies to, Kenneth shared that Scripture saying if your trying to do it, to just look good, it won't happen. But love self disciplines, if your doing it to be a good example, witness, etc... healthy, etc, your going to self discipline. now some may have that down. excellent. i'm trying to implement this into my life. and i think it may help some of you. Anyways, this is a beautiful day I'm going to get out and enjoy the sun a bit with my baby. Amanda: sometimes I surprise the heck out of myself! Me being a Christian:even after 4 years, that's surprising, to know my life before. some might say, yeah, even now, your a christian? yeah, i'm holding on, expecting a change, more growth, anointing it's His power for me to live for Him and spread the truth and His love, b/c His Word won't fail, He's good for it, and I'm going to keep progressing. Amen. that's my confession and i'm stickin to it.

I was feeling spiritually yucky yesterday and I got in the Word to find some help. One of the verses I found that I meditated on for a little while was that God hadn't given us a Spirit of timidity, but that of power, love and self-discipline. Then I log on here and what kind of Scriptural encouragement had Melissa given me? I guess that makes the verse even more worth meditating on. Last night, Jason and I were driving around and talking. Since I even thought about looking for God, I've been able to hear Him pretty clearly. It's a gift I've been given that Jason sometimes wishes he had, too. So I thought maybe it would help if I told him the steps I went through to hear God. We pulled off on the side of the road and I started talking to God and listening to what He was saying. There were some things I was supposed to tell Jason and other things Jason wanted that God wouldn't tell me for him. Anyway, God ministered to both of us very directly last night and while it seemed Jason's lesson was that he was to appreciate what he'd been given (for example, God wants him to hear through circumstances and "coincidences"...but hear nonetheless), it seemed that my lesson was how much God loves me. He told me over and over, then even told Jason to tell me He loves me. Whew! I had no idea God would dig hanging out with little old me so much, but He beckoned us to stay and fellowship with Him for around two hours. I can't explain how great it was...the real deal. Definitely an awesome experience. And I can't help but think that this somehow ties in with revival. But it was like there were three people there last night. We were in the throne room with God. Awesome. Anyway, I had to share this experience with my family even if I wouldn't stand up and shout it at revival school. Hopefully this can somehow encourage those of you who are seeking more. And incidentally, I lit up the last cigarette in the pack I had last night during all this and God wanted me to put it out in order to prove He was worth more to me than the cigarette. I threw it out and I haven't smoked since. I'm still floating on His Spirit, so it's not too hard not to smoke. Let's hope it holds out. I pray right now that each of you have your own personal experience with the manifestation of God, in Jesus's name. It's a wonderful thing. Well, I hope the length didn't lose anybody. Love you all. God bless.

righteous! =) LOL, that's awesome Amanda, I'm really glad to hear that great "report", I think God wants us to have close contact w/ Him, as the norm, not the exception, and i think a lot of times we forget Him, but if we can just be mroe mindful of Him, and interact with Him, communicate (goes two ways) with Him, that's where it's at. know He's always there, and seek Him.

this traveling salvation show is a RARE opportunity to witness and possibly, it could usher in revival, spark some interest in the Lord in our community, draw wayward souls into the Kingdom. Prayer backing is an integral part of this thing. We know our area is not a beacon of light!! So, let's agree, we have angels backing us and this up, and the anointing of God. Fasting would be a powerful addition. what i like about it, is everyone has something to offer. Each one of you has particular talents and doing this as unto God not only will this be a good time of worship, and a merry time for us, but hopefully a fruitful endeavor. I hope everyone gets involved, use your gifts for God.

yep, melissa again. if you have not got a chance to see it, and may, that movie was SO good! the storyline, plot was excellent kind of a underdog story, it took place in the 30's during the great depression, and it's about a man providing for his family, he's a boxer and faces some challenges, he fights really hard, and well i won't give it all away. It has something for everyone, ladies, a tear jerker, guys, entertainment. The real value in seeing it for me was, seeing what this family faced during the Depression, it reminded me to appreciate the things that we have, and be thankful, we have it so good compared to what many people did during the Depression, and anyways not to take for granted, though life is not all about money, it's not at all for us who believe, the financial realm is important. I'm really blessed b/c mary and harold have helped me out to get my financial are squared away. So, thank You Lord for them. Where your treasure is, your heart lies. I want my heart with the Lord, always, and getting organized financially is a major victory. I don't expect no pats on the back, for something I should have been doing all along, guys, this is a progress report, from you sister in Christ, to praise My LORD, He's faithful and mericful and I love HIM. and you all too!

We are going to send you some more pics. We have some great ones from Sunday night when we went "muddin'". Now, personally, I like sand way more than mud, but the HR began to show its stuff down the field and back. It was quite an experience, I can not hardly describe what it was like. I can guarantee all those who took that ride will not soon forget it. Someone watching said there were "rooster tails" of mud flying twice as high as the buggy. All four wheels were digging ruts almost a foot deep, the 4 barrel carb was kickin' and the open headers were bellowing! The Holy Roller did us proud, it is an amazing machine, and I pray that we not only have fun like we did with it, but also it also brings much glory to God by bringing people to it so we can share Jesus Christ with them.

KC and I did very much feel the Holy Spirit last night. You could have cut it with a knife. It's so amazing to me how He can be so sensitive and fragile, but so strong at the same time. This is the second time I've felt Him like that...once with Jason and now with KC. And I guess Jason and Warren had a pretty intense God-time while they were jamming at the church last night. Does anyone question that revival's in the land?

I see what your saying. I was believing for it. But was a little discouraged at some point (only human) b/c of what I was seeing or not... And so, supernaturally, lining up with Him and His Word and welcoming that Seed of the Word, letting God have His way. . . it's not surprising that revival started. We should have more faith in the Word of God, than the tangible what we can see, because it's surer.

I believe in you all, and know that God in You is going to shine. And, the fields are ripe for harvest. I thank the Lord for His faithfulness, and this treasure in earthen vessels. that message pastor preached on being patient in spirit has really ministered to me, it's helped me be more stable spiritually, it's great when you've got those goosebumps and a spirtual high, manifestation of God, feeling His presence in the corporate anointing, that's bliss. but also, in the still small voice, being still and know He is God, in the daily tasks and life, the peace, and the guidance. walking it out, by faith... full of hope, and convinced God is who He says He is and His Word never fails. He's good for it! Those effects of being right with Him and things are not what we chase, it's a result of knowing Him and Him loving us, and peace He brings. It's a benefit, not the attraction just a side effect of knowing Your Maker and drawing near to Him. i liked what vicki and pastor chuck have said about us walking in this, being accumstomed to the anointing, not taking it for granted, but being in it, that when others come in, because maybe it's new to them, they're going to really soak it up, and we can keep on soaking it up right along with them, and everyone praising and giving God the glory! He is so good to us people. Our Creator is lovely.

Also, another neighbor's daughter is middle aged also and has problems with alcohol.. Awhile back I didn't even know any of my neighbors. Now I'm more involved in this community and would like to see these guys come to Christ. He's the all in all, the answer for everyone and every need. worthy to be praised, all glorious, holy and i'm thankful to know Him, also, have to praise god for the hope he's given me lately, for my own life, things which i believe will greatly improve my life, so i'll be able to be a powerful witness, magnet for Jesus. not busted and diguested. I think some prayer meetings are in order, I'd be willing to host some here at the house. To bathe us and the outreach, in prayer. Praying the Word is especially powerful, getting the angels of God, moving on behalf of God and for those lost souls who may come in. The trial run was good. Let's get to fishin'! I'm exited for evangelism.

Last night, after hanging out with J and Mander...when I was getting dropped off we had our hugs and I started crying. I had this huge knot in my stomach, and it was because I wasn't sure what to do. While I was hugging J, I didn't want to let him go cause he's always always been there for me. When I got into my house, I started really crying, and I asked God to forgive me and to help me because I'm nothing without Him. Well, I was lying in bed last night, and I knew that there was a bad spirit there I could feel it and almost see it. Amanda and J came over, and we prayed and it was almost unbelievable. I think I'm going to be okay moving. I remember Sister Vicki told me that the times she has moved it's broke her heart, well this is going to break my heart. I will miss you guys! You have all always been there, never turned your back on me. For everyone that I was rude to on Wednesday, I'm truly sorry and I ask that you forgive me for it. Pastor told me awhile back that I remind him of Peter, and I can see that....even the denying Jesus part, though I never completly turned my back on Him, I did though. I'm not 100% sure that this is God, but I have been praying. I'm hoping to see you all on Sunday morning, my mom wants to leave Sunday before church...we'll see! I love you guys very very much. I will be able to keep in touch with you this way! Thank you everyone for always being there for me! You all are my family, and as I'm writing this I'm getting teary eyed because I don't want to leave you all! I will be going to church while I'm at my grandma's. You guys have been there for me better then my family here in Mount Pleasant. I love you all very very much. I will never forget you all. I love you all! Some of you longer, some of you deeper, but still all of you have been there. I love you, and I can't say that enough! I will talk to you guys later! God Bless! Love always, KC

Thanks (again) so much Deb and Dave who brought me and Warren with them, this past Thursday to Living Word for a service. I needed that, that day. What can I say? Everyday I need the Word. I am wondering if anyone would be willing to go on a regular basis to the Thursday services? Possibly take the church van? I am definitely interested, and I've heard others (my husband, for one) who've also been interested. . . Trying to feed the spirit, not the flesh. Please get back to me if you are up for going, and wouldn't mind taking me, Gloria and Nahshon. As well as others. I can chip in gas money. lemme know, please.

I wanted to post here the fact that I have done poorly in church attendance recently. Some may say it is due to my work schedule and in part it is. However, I must pay closer attention to my schedule, must take better care of myself (sleeping when I am supposed to) or I will pay the price of sickness or who knows.

We are ALL human and we all make mistakes...God loves us anyways! Now that you know there's a problem...you can fix it and he will help. Ask God to lead you in the things and appointments that he wants you to do and he will...in this it will give you more time for the things you need...like sleep!:o) Awesome job on the website btw!

I'm definitely not going to judge you, and will remind you that there is no condemnation in Jesus. Time management is very important and your thinking about it, planning on making some adjustments, and improving in that area, well that's a step in the right direction. A lot of people aren't as mindful of the way they spend their time, so don't be hard on yourself. Something I've heard at DCM is: Proper planning prevents poor performance. We're all works in progress. Some needing perhaps more progress than others! I don't know...but none of us have arrived! Be encouraged. something i heard the other night on TBN, Praise the Lord program was kinda beautiful actually, about how God gives us time as a gift, and how we spend it, is valuable and a choice, the precious time he gives to us, let's use some of it, to spend with Him, grow in our relationship with him, we make appointments for so many things, let's make appointments with God, spend time with Him. It was just some good exhortation on TIME and how it is valuable a gift He gives us, let's use it wisely, choose wisely. Not preaching, just hopefully sharing...Blessings~ MElissa

me and warren were chattin this evening a little bit about the end times, we're living in, about the Rapture of the Church, Christ's Return, prophecy, what the Bible says in Revelation and other areas on our fate... Good stuff to think about, and created a curiosity in me, I would like to learn more about this. The times I've heard Pastor Chuck teach on this type of stuff were very intriging. however, everything in balance. don't want to get 'stuck' on strictly the end time stuff, but since this stuff is coming to pass right now, and it seems Jesus will be returning VERY soon, I want to be one of those wise ones waiting for Him, be filled up on oil. God bless you all. Bye for now.

Much of my loved ones, relatives are not serving God, yet... Something that is powerful is praying Scripture, such as they have hearts of flesh not of stone, and just believing God for divine appointments and for them to be ready and open to God. I'll pray for your loved ones, Tim, I know that's on your heart, and I'm believing with you for your loved ones...God bless. Be encouraged.

yep God's Bride is getting Glorious. the time is near! let's stay close to the King. do you *know* your where your supposed to be? Just out of concern and curiosity! I went through a period, where I wasn't *sure*, so I went back to Washington DC where I used to live, but I knew when I went where I was *supposed* to be, and for me that is here in Mt. Pleasant, now I came and went since then, but now I'm back home, and next time, if I leave, it's going to be b/c I'm sent. It hasn't been the easiest road to walk, the flesh has fought it, I've had a bad attitude, but now I'm losing the bad attitude and embracing Christ, and He took hold of me for something and I'm surrendering. Gladly! Anyhow, I pray for you, KC, maybe your exactly where your supposed to be. I hope all is well with you. Your Sister in Christ - Melissa

No, unfortunately I don't know 100% that this is where I'm supposed to be. However, it's been good so far. I have stuck to the decision that Josh helped me make (just by seeing is purity service), and that's been amazing. For those of you who know, that's been hard. I know though, that it's what God wants is for us to be pure, and that's what I want. When I sin, I'd rather it be something less extreme that 2 people's flesh becoming one. Church here is awesome! I love it! I miss you guys terribly, but I'm doing alright here. I've been lonely a few times, and I was looking towards man for that and once I finally sat down and read the Word and prayed...that loneliness went away. I sometimes think that God wants me to walk this out just Him and I. Which seems weird to me because I'm a ppl person. Oh well! My the Lord's Will be done. I did pray about the move, after I repented from my stupidity, and I didn't get a no...however I didn't get a yes either, but I had employment up here....which I needed. :) I pray that you all are doing fantastic, and I miss you terribly! I love you all! God Bless! Love always,

Pastor Chuck, I'm experiencing extreme gratitude and contentment, I see a church that is thriving and walking in love and seriously seeking the heart of God. I commend your leadership and your humanity, I appreciate you, and everyone, everyone has their place & role and I'm thankful to be a part of DCM, not to be cliche or trying to be flattering, that is not it at all. Just thankful, and full of faith, liking what God is doing in us, and looking forward to His best for our future! A progress report on myself: I'm becoming less wrapped up in self, being delivered from self, and am seriously hungering God and His Word and Presence, spending time in the Word and with the Word and being Spirit filled and led, continuously. thanks for all you who've prayed for me, thank You God, for this church family, we're not perfect, but we serve a PERFECT HEAVENLY FATHER, and You lead us in victory and triumph, for Your name's sake, You will never leave nor forsake us. I love you Lord. And I love my brother and sister's. To God be all the Glory forever and ever.

Well, it was werid and awesome...last night while I was as my work day was closing, around like 8ish..it didn't hurt to swallow, my neck didn't feel swollen. Well, last night when I got home and when I went to bed, my throat started swelling back up, it started to hurt to swallow, and today it was the same. My tonsil was really swollen, it looks weird, but I don't have the money to go to the doctor. So, the only thing I can keep doing is praying. My grandma think's that it might be an allergic reaction to something. It hurts..I don't think it's mono, but I've had strep a bajillion times, but I just wish I was healed. It hurts a lot, and I sound weird when I talk, and I can't breathe as well. :( Thanks for your concern! I miss you, and love you more! God Bless! Love always, KC

hope that everyone is doing well, blessed, and enjoying their day, the weekend is almost here, it's a gloomy looking day out, but inside we have the power of God, His Kingdom, let's be the light for the day, Jesus shining through us. Went to go see that movie about the Bears, I got a kick out of it, it was kinda funny, but for a PG movie, it was a lot of cussing. I wouldn't recommend it. the Powwow out here on the res is next weekend, maybe we could do an outreach then somewhere out here? i'm preparing an evangelist type little message, and i'll be ready for the Rez or wherever, God doesn't discriminate, He cares for all. it's all about prevention. Let's prevent people from never hearing about Jesus. Prevent them from making the grave mistake of dying without Christ, prevent them from entering eternity without Jesus. Just by sharing the Good News that Jesus came, He died for our sins, He rose again and He's coming again, share about God's plan, and let the Spirit woo them....We can do out part, and hope and pray that they do theirs!! See you all in the morning for our cleaning up time...MjA

Just got this inspired idea =0 to ask you what your favorite verse is now and why? Mine is, Jeremiah 31:3 & 4 which has really become a life verse for me, "The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you. Again I will build you and you shall be reuilt... When I found that a few years ago, I basked in it. Today I'm thankful and need to meditate more in the Love of God, get a taste of that once again, because it is so good. Peace, and blessing to you, from Melissa

My fave verse, the most convicting, and the most helpful would have to be 1 Thessalonians 4.3 "For this is the will of God, even your sanctificatiion, that ye should abstsaind from fornication" That verse, ever since I saw it highlighted in J's Bible, (the first time I saw it), I've tried living by that verse for a long time. Only until recently, Josh's service...have I really known why and how important purity is. :) I miss you guys, but love you more! Take care! God Bless! Love always!

Once again the forum crashed apparently due to a problem with the server and the FrontPage extensions. I know probably Greek too many of you but suffice it to say they are files that make the website work and allow me to upload to it. After spending time with the web server folks it all has been reset. I pray this is the last major issue. So post away again and I will add those post lost to the archives in the next couple days.

I agree with you that messaged pertained to the situation that I was dealing with that day! Satan was once again trying to do his work and was succeeding for a minute! Praise God that he is faithful and that Pastor was obedient to the Holy Spirit! God is soooo Good!!!!

People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered; forgive them anyway. If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives; be kind anyway. If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies; succeed anyway. If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you; be honest and frank anyway. What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight; build anyway. If you find serenity and happiness, there may be jealousy; be happy anyway. The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow; do good anyway. Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; give the world the best you've got anyway. You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God; it was never between you and them anyway. - Mother Teresa

It finally happened! My sister was 2 weeks overdue, but last night they took little Izabel Marie by emergency c-section. They lost the heartbeat several times and found the umbilical cord was wrapped around her head. But she is a beautiful, pink, healthy baby...6 lbs. 4 oz. and 19 inches. I didn't realize a baby could bring a family so much joy. My sister's kind of sore but she stated last night that she didn't want to think about that but instead praise God that the baby is healthy. And praise God we will!

Hey Amanda, that is so awesome! Happy for you and your family, and thank God Izabel is safe and healthy. I know the feeling your sister is experiencing, C-sections are tough, but once you see the baby all nice and healthy, you've waited so long...it is a joyful experience!! and it is all worth it. the re-cooping is a time, but again, worth it..i'll pray for your sister's recovery. See you, lil lady.

MANDER--CONGRATS!!! Tell your sister I said congrats. I wish I could've been there. How does it feel to be an aunt? I think it feels good. I get to spend a lot more time with my nephew since I'm up here. It was so cute, I went and saw him today..he was fussy and Jason (boyfriend of Shaunda) was feeding him, and Ethan(nephew) would fuss then I would walk in there and he would stop. I would walk out, he would start. It was soooo cute! I love him so much. Shaunda also received the paterenity tests, Ethan is my nephew 100%! :D I miss you guys, but love you more! Again, plz tell your sister and Matt that I said congrats! God Bless! Love always!

time goes by, your living according to a lie, your letting things dictate, and control and deviate you, from your true purpose, you never let go of the things you want and the things you are trained to believe to be true, never knowing that there is so much more than meets the eye, in succeeding in this life, or what true success is for that matter...your afraid, and you don't know why, you have no idea, what happens after death, and you wonder why this world just doesn't make much sense, so you chase money, fame, love, education, you name it, There is a God, Thee God, Ancient of Days, Eternal One, the Almighty Maker and Creator, and He cares for you, wants to know you, and the saved ones, the believer's need to show you, He is real, we need to reveal His love for them, by our actions and words, and so they can too be introduced into this great love affair with our Heavenly Father, so they can enjoy eternity in His presence too and not be cast into outer darkness... we are mere humans and we are not perfect, but Our God is mighty and all things are possible with Him, and never lose focus of Jesus and His dominion, never lose your grip on God, let Him have His way in You and for what He grabbed a hold of you for, let Him do it! hey guys, just a little freestyle poem. I love you in the Lord, whomever you are, and God bless you, your a mighty person of God, be blessed! He loves you richly and lavishly and wants to pour that out on you, display His spendor in you, your victorious! Later.

Just wanted to share a little something that we got at the ladies meeting Mon. We were discussing hydrotherapy...when we got the thought: Like hydro therapy in the natural when we submerge ourselves in the 'Water of the Word' the adjustments that need to be made in our lives come easier because there is less resistance underwater. I pray your week has been blessed...Love, Deb

I had a dream last night (August 10/11, 2005) that I believe to be significant so I put it here for others to think about. In the dream it was like I had uncovered a water well for the church. Now, normally water wells are made of pipe and only about 4 inches in diameter and go down many feet into the ground. The well I saw was several feet across and maybe ten feet deep. It looked like more of a cistern or even a pool; it seemed to have cement and stone walls on the sides. In my spirit I realized I was looking at something that normally was underground and wouldn’t be seen. Another thing I noticed is that the well was basically empty. Water would come up from basically a single small spot in the bottom and it would be immediately siphoned or pumped off somehow. My initial thought was a bit of an alarm because I knew that we were getting just enough water for the church to function. We weren’t running out, and water was there, but there certainly wasn’t an excess. Another thought I had was that no one in the church had a clue, including myself, how marginal our supply really was, although after I watched it for a while I realized the water that was being pumped or siphoned off was being replaced, gallon for gallon, and it appeared we would not run out. But as I watched closer and longer, the spot in the bottom that supplied the water seemed to have more. The church was still using the water but the level stayed up and even increased. And then more areas in the bottom of the well started getting moist and the water started to seep up from the ground and was starting cover the entire bottom of the well. I was under the distinct impression that this water was going to break out from underneath and this huge, old well with a little water in the bottom was about to break forth and be filled. Now, the interpretation of this simple dream seems to be quite simple as well. If the water represents the Spirit of the Lord, we have been having just enough to get by. We never really run out, but there doesn’t seem to be an excess or overflow. I believe this is a prophetic notice that the flow of the Spirit, which is very much unseen, is about to increase. Not too much longer will we be only getting enough of the Spirit to “get by.” Soon there will be an abundance of Spirit, enough for great amounts of people. This was of good encouragement to me, and I hope it is as well for you! Pastor Chuck
